oh my gosh. i am in so much pain. must stretch shoulders, must stretch legs. do not let downward dog win this round. so sore.
i've basically got two options here... stretch it out and go again next week, or lay in bed, mooching massages and never going back. one's looking a bit better than the other right now, but i'm no quitter. i think this weekend i'm going to start lifting weights again so i don't hurt as much. besides, after next week's class there's a break week, and then gerry and i are going to join the beginner's class. i doubt beginner will hurt as much as intermediate.
in the meantime, back to bed for a half-hour.
