i would like a baby polar bear.
for the last 12 hours i've been begging gerry to let me get one. he doesn't seem to think strata would be up for this. i wonder if bear years are like dog years? but maybe bear years could be like 1 week is 19 years in human time. (cause my building does not allow residents under 19 years.) this might be a point to research.
in the meantime, i've called my polar bear snowball. i was going to call it turtle, but changed my mind. and in the meantime, i should research bear adoption programs... like maybe there's an 'adopt a wild bear' kind of programme. but one where you don't take it home, because your strata wouldn't like it; oh, and also because bears belong in the wild, of course.
